How to use

The Rib Rack is made of stainless steel.

To use, simply place ribs in the slots of the rib rack. Then place on the heat source.

Occasionally, consider basting the ribs or adding spritz. The upright position of the ribs makes it easy to add basting without having to turn the ribs.

Cleaning

The Rib Rack is easy to clean in hot water. Use detergent to remove grease, if necessary. Stand to dry. Do not store wet because it is made of stainless steel.
