Shipping policy

Our products are in-stock and shipped from Australia. For our Australian stock, we deliver via Australia Post.

A small range of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The estimated shipping times are stated within each product description.

Delivery Locations
I Love 2 BBQ make deliveries only to Australia. PO Boxes are accepted.

Processing Your Order
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address or mobile phone after placing your order, depending on your selection at checkout.

Delivery is generally between Monday and Friday.

Tracking Orders
All orders automatically will be tracked using Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent to your e-mail address or mobile phone. You can track the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post website.  

Delivery Times For In-stock Products
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the Australia Post delivery service. However, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery to Capital Cities
• 3 to 9 business days
• Express Delivery to Capital Cities
• 2 to 4 business days

Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Shipping Rates

• Free delivery (Australia wide) for all orders $100 and over
• Standard Delivery flat-rate $10 Australia-wide
• Express Delivery flat-rate $15 Australia-wide.
