GSP is commonly used as a basic rub or seasoning in BBQ.

Ingredients
1-part Garlic Granules
1-part Salt
1-Part Ground Pepper
Process
Just mix the 2 ingredients together and you are ready to use.
Recommendations
Use Kosher Salt, Sea Salt or other salt without additives
Use freshly ground black or medley pepper.
How to Use
Apply to meat at least 2 hours before cooking. For best results, apply to meat 24 hours prior to cooking. Can also be applied during cooking to enhance the flavour.
