Safety

When cooking your Burger Press patties, you can use a heatproof glove for extra comfort and safety.

How to use

To make standard burger patties:

• moisten with water (to prevent meat sticking),
• fill with mince/burger meat,
• press with the lid to form a burger patty,
• slide the lid to leave a smooth surface,
• use the removable base to retrieve the burger pattie.

To make Pocket burger patties:

• moisten with water to prevent sticking,
• insert 2/3 of mince/burger meat into the large base
• press with the small lid to form the pocket base
• add burger pocket insert (cheese, chili, sauce, etc)
• place remainder of meat on top
• press with the large lid to seal pocket burger pattie
• use the removable base to retrieve burger pattie.

Cleaning

The Burger Press is easy to clean in hot water. Use detergent to remove grease, if necessary. Stand to dry.
